Hey guys I am not happy with services because where I stay we have an apartment with four floors and best part about this apartment is anyone can use lift.
When I order something for my family if I am outside the Zomato delivery guy they don't deliver the food even after opting the option non-contact delivery they simply ask to come down and collect the parcel.
I have one question if I am selecting the contact list delivery when every time whenever I am ordering my 56 year old mother if she has to put down and she has to come yes I know you can use left but still if I am order in something I expect the foot to deliver at my doorstep.
I give a lot of complaints with my registered mobile number via chat I also responded by e-mail but that just give assurance and assurance but there is no no control on the delivery guys and the restaurants.
Detect lot of time to deliver the food but now there is an option which we can opt for certain period that is 40 to 45 minutes if the food is not delivered we can get it for free even after selecting the option the food will not be arriving on the time and they give excuses to get rid of the penalty which they have promised it happened lot of time with me.
