Hello everyone 1st of all let me tell you only one line that I prsonally do not recomment this app for your use
As always I was ordered something I though is really tasty from this app
I had used swiggy personally for my orders but this time I dont know why I decided to order from this app and got a really bad experience
I ordered a plate of kadhai paneer and when it came to me it was all messed up
All the food was spilled up nothing was looking edible
When I tried to contact customer service for this and tell them what was my problem I tried to use the chat support as I did once on swiggy and let me tell you response from swiggy is really good as they refunded all my money but on zomato the response was exactly opposite
It said that their was high inflow od queries and the chat support was not yet available so I had to mail them my problem
I tried that too and I got a reaponse after 5 days that they are soory for my problem and they could not provide a refund and fir any other queries I have to go to their caht support and this cycle coninued for many days and after all the what I got was a relly bad experience
