I wish to share my bad experience getting into a trap by Zest sales folks.
Zest as a concept appealed me and thought to be a part of this experience. I was however taken for a ride by their sales folks promising wrong things and enticing me into a onetime payment of a ton of money.
Basic facts were hidden like I could enjoy only one weekend out of the 6 days vacation. On top of this, I have not yet received the membership kit even after 5 months. On pushing to refund, I have offered 30K refund as against 80K paid. I am still fighting to get my hard earned money
Enough efforts were made to try to make me continue with Zest. However I have lost belief in this organization which seems to be desperate to get members and grow at any cost. I am wondering what is difference between country club and Zest. How can one have faith in big names like Mahindra :(
