Their Servers connectivity went down 3 times in last one week. I was not able to suareoff my positions because of technical fault. I suffered huge loss because of that.
When I called them, they looked helpless.
When I asked them to compensate for loss, they are not ready for that even though they have accepted its their fault.
If you want to open account with Zerodha, make sure that they assure that they will take of loss in case technical issue arises at Zerodha during market hrs
