We were looking for rental accomodation and were searching to finalize one soon, when we were contacted by a person called Mr.Ayan from realtykart. After carefully checking our requirements, he showed 3 to 4 houses on the same day. We did not like much but with his patience he showed us some more and were able to finalize one within a week's time.
The good thing about him is that he came twice when we wanted to check the apartment again and again. Though I would not miss mentioning the fact that we need to send reminders to some of the administrative people in Realtykart for sending us the docs. After 2 reminders, they sent us the docs for verification. Handover of the flat was done by Mr.Manjunath, another reliable person of realtykart, who completely checked on our queries and solved our initial problems which we discussed with him.
He handed over the flat on time and after 10 days, he also enquired again if everything was in place. So far good experience with Ayan, Manjunath and team of Realtykart.
