WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT#
Hi Folks, Be alert, if you are buying products from this website please make sure you have enough time frame a week or something, coz these ppl will screw your surprise I have place the order on 3rd Nov, They posted on website that they will delivery the product on time, but NO, there is no proper customer support where you can get in touch with the status or any query, By luck if you got the support number, they will update you the wrong information, like if you asked for delivery boy number, they will update you the INVALID NUMBER( NIRMAL - 7349250421), I chased them for long time, but NO USE, there is no customer support, NO FLOOR MANAGER, and the information they will give you will be FAKE>. I am really disappointed with teh service.
Please check there support responces below, I do not have voice recode, they have disconnected my calll several times.
