I would give it zero rating if I can, very very very bad service. I would recommend "not" to get it in any circumstances.
When it works, it will work great but I am having alot of disconnection issues lately and service centre do not respond to these questions.
I am using 2mbps unlimited plan. they provide connection over coaxial cable which is very old method. I asked them to switch me over to optical fibre since I want to get 10mbps plans, they said okay we will send a person to do that but they never did and its been a year.
Now I am getting frequent connection drops, couple of times per day and I need to reset the router again and again, sometimes it needs to be done remotely by calling service center. the service center guys say we will resolve it in 8hrs but it is been a month.
So now I am planning to switch to another ISP.
