Very poor speed and service from you broadband. Review on Youtelecom

I have subscribed you broadband Tornado 24 mbps plan. You broadband guys installed connection at my place on 19th Feb. And since then I am very low download speed, 20-25 kbps(1% of what I am paying for). Since then I am following up customer support team for the resolution. For first few days their support engineer told me there is some problem with their servers and it will be rectified soon.

Then after some days they started saying there is no issue at their end and I am getting the speed as per the plan which is of course completely false. I am still getting same download speed 20-25 kbps.

After some days whenever I used to lodge complaint their engineer started closing it without even checking with me.

When I complained about this to their nodal officer their engineer called me and told me I should try the same connection on other machine. I did that and guess what I was getting same download speed 20-25 kbps. So I asked their engineer to check the connection from my home. He visited my place and found that I was getting low speed. He checked same with their backend team, but could not find any issue. So he told me to send attached screenshots to him on his personal email. He didn't even gave me when this issue will be resolved and who will solve it or wheather it will be resolved.

My you broadband account number is 1169374 and I am staying at Bharti Vidyapeeth Katraj area.

So guys beware of You broadband. Their plans are cheap, but they are like chinese products. chalega to end tak nahi to 2 din tak.
