I have lots of problem with ybb.Few days back my modem was out of order so I gave a complain to replace it. technical person came and took my modem. But now its 6th day I have not got replacement.
I have called up many times in care but have not got any proper response from them.I have also called help desk of Vadodara office, the person told me till 2nd oct(next day) I will sure replace it. I reconfirmed with him that is a day off on that day but he told he will sure replace it. But he lied to me when I called in care on 2nd oct. morning then they told me its day off for today.
I so tiered off this* Youbroadband.
