I've been using you broadband for last 2 years. I get messages about a problem with my connection very often. When I call the customer care, they say that they will take actin within 48 hours but nothing happens. I think even the employees working in you broadband don't dare to get you broadband connection. Recently my wifi stopped working for 15 days which made me disconnect the connection. I called them and they disconnected it.
They placed a junction box in my house for connection but they didn't take it after I disconnected. I complained about it but no one responded. Now I'm going to break that box until my anger cools down and throw it away.
