I heard a lot about YOU broadband from my friends and read a lot on pamplet they provide on roads and banners. There were many offers like 15mbps at 9999/- and many else. I was a user of unknown ISP which was only working at my area and for some reasons he was about to disable the service for 2 months. I wanted to go for D-Vois SSV but since I have heard about YOU more, I choose to go with this.
I called them and they were very good in talking and I got good response from them because I was there new customer so they treated me like King.
Initially the service was good and internet speed was good as compared to my previous ISP. I was happy and one day this happened. My internet stopped working and I was not able to figure out the problem. Finally, I called YOU and ask them to solve the problem. They said they will send someone to see the problem and that someone never arrived. I called again and ask fr the same but what I got is a ticket number and nothing else. No one ever shown up and I wasted my money for an entire month because I hardly used the internet that month. Thank God, my previous ISP saved me since he started his service again before the mentioned time and without any 2nd thought I switched back to him promising not to go for YOU again.
Now, I am happy and postinh this review here with my local ISP only.:)
