You Broadband is a very well known Broadband service provider in many cities of India.
The main reason it got famous is because of the services it provided initially when it was new in the market. The customer support was awesome and so was the connection and speed.
From 1 or 2 years the company has downgraded its image due to the poor services.
CONNECTION: -
The connection quality of the internet is one of the worst. There are many connectivity issues and modem issues as well. There are frequent connection loss I have experience myself on a regular basis.
SPEED: -
The speed is just on paper. If they say 4mbps link speed on paper, after a speedtest you find out that the real speed is around 3mbps. Same goes for the 100mbps plan. The speedtest shows a link speed of 30mbps compared to the promised link speed of 100mbps.
Also this high speeds are limited to a certain amount of data cap. After that cap is finished the speed falls down to 256kbps and even low and that is worse.
SERVICE: -
The customer support is very bad. Whenever I try to contact the operator for my issues, they don't pick the call. After 5-6 times of continuous calling they answer my call and even after that, the issue takes so much more time to get resolved like a minimum of 3-4 days.
Compared to other service providers this is the worst response time I have ever seen. The customer support is available almost 24/7 but is of no use as ultimately you have to deal with your respective operators.
So my suggestion is not go with you Broadband at all. There are several other nice service providers of Broadband out there which you can consider.
