After being promised that I would receive my internet connection "within" 3 days, I hadn't received it even after 10 days. I kept calling them...nobody picked the calls. neither the agent nor the office. finally, one day I decided to pay their office a visit. I was given a number and told to contact that person and he would ensure that the connection is set up. whenever I called him, he would at least pick the call but postpone the set up. More than 15 days later, I could tolerate it no more.
I told him to cancel my connection and refund my money immediately.without any hesitation, he accepted but told me that it would take 10 days to send the money back. another 14 days later, I gave him a call and asked him about the money and I find out that have miss-spelt my name in the cheque and it would take another two weeks for them to resend the cheque.
When I called G Broadband in the night, I got the connection set up next morning. such a simple process was stretched to a period of more than a month.
