THere is no option for Minus stars!
Its been more than a week I have applied for connection!
THis people took money from me and now do not respond even to phone calls. Still they havent even come for installation. The company person who took came to give connection now does not receive cal from last 5 days. Also the call centre just lodges the complain and no action.
I had to personally visit their Pune office, from there also no action.
now they say sorry sir we cannot give you connection
pl if anyone opts for this service provide do not opt.
Hathway can be a better option with rate effective plans and service.
