We had subscribed for You broadband connection a year ago at Sarjapura area, Bangalore. The house owner, who also had recently moved in suggested us the service provider's name, informing about thee good speed on offer.
However, what we did not know was the internet connectivity was only a temporary thing and we would have to go for many days at one stretch without any connectivity. Multiple phone calls to the customer care donot help either as all they say is the technician would come in 12 hours. There have been many such days we have gone without any network, the highest being 12 days - issue being their favourite -'Fibre cut'.
I have finally taken another connection and I am leading my life happily ever after. I hope someone from You broadband reaches out to me so that I can give them appropriate details and the issue reached their higher ups and there is some improvement in their service as a result.
