I have no other option but to write this review because nobody from youbroadband seems to respond to my emails or tweets and I am tired of calling their customer care and evidently they are not tired of telling me lies.
Apparently if you are an existing customer then your queries will be heard else they wont even show courtesy to reply back to your emails.
It has been 9 months since I have disconnected their service and my deposit check is still on the way to my place.
I expected a company like youbroadband to be slightly more professional on such matters.
I dont stay in mumbai anymore otherwise I would have personally gone to their office to know what is holding them sending the check.
