I had ordered YOU BROADBAND connection for myself since I needed internet to help me with my college projects. I paid them the 3 months advance and installation charges a total of Rs.4650.
They promised me that the installation would be done in max 4 days.
After that I patiently waited for 5 days and didn't hear any thing from YOU BROADBAND so I called them to check if they would be coming but then there dodging game started.
at first they kept telling me it would be done in 2 day which went on to 8 and they still kept giving me false promises then I lost my cool and blasted them over the phone, it is then when they told me that my application was rejected and I wont be getting my connection.
They said I will get my full refund in 7 days.
It's been 12 days now and I still have not got my refund and the sales executive who took the payment wont answer my calls.
I had to wait almost 15 days to find out YOU BROADBAND is not compatible in my area. couldn't they have told me at the beginning it'self that YOU is not available in my area and to add to all of this I am having to go through all this trouble just to get my money back.
I will be lodging a police complaint soon if I do not get my money back from YOU BROADBAND.
My sincere advice to the reader's of this is please stay away from these cheats they will take your money and will make all kinds of fake promises and there customer service is pathetic.
trust me you do not want to undergo the painful ordeal of buying YOU BROADBAND.
