I opted You Broadband last before last two months, but the service offered by them was not that much good, I appreciate that youbroadband is brand name into market as an ISP, also the plan charges offered by them was very low but still as an ISP people will always try to focus on service when their Internet is down rather than price they pay for service. Experience of other users may vary according to place n circumstances but my experience was little bit harsh with YouBroadband, Hope youBroadband will focus on their services.
