I opted for you broadband service on may 29 2013, I found the number and called them and the agent by name Lokesh comes immediate to collect cash for 3months , I ended up paying 3000,


he gives no receipt though I requested and gave me the service slip and vanished. I tried to follow up call their customer care and they say no representative by name Lokesh exists.


I call this guy, his phone is switched of or not reachable for 5 consecutive days.


Then he calls me and said that he submitted the form to his contact center.I call them they take a complaint and say they will get back I waited for a week no call or response. I called back and say they will install my services in a day and they will call, I still get no response and this went on and every time I spoke to a manager they assured but did nothing,


I called and warned them , and requested for refund , same old story no response, They one dumb heads wasting our time and money.  And Worst of all they don't know to speak English.


Its been a month now still did not get my refund. My sincere advice. Please don't sign up for Fraud Broadband Service.
