I am sick and tired with their frequent disconnections due to powercuts and fibercuts. its absolutely frustrating . also from july they have started charging 14% service tax .
MY question is service tax should be taken if one party gets into contract and lives by it with the other party for the service agreement but with youbroadband half of the times the service is down and by the way I am least interested in knowing why their is a breakdown in service.
Even their customer relationship manager preeti has no idea what customer service is and shamelessly says sir thats how our service is cant do anything about that . I will be very vocal about the same on social media too YOUBROADBAND SUCKS .
