If you want to waste your time, money & energy then YOU-broadband is the right choice. The frequency of connection error is High and they will take days to rectify the problem and the worst part is their customer service. I have tired of making complaints. I could say in a month you will only have proper internet connection around 15 days. So think about it. I have surrendered it long time back but still I have not received even my deposit money. Overall reliability and service support are WORST at its best!
