This one is for Baner, Pune. My internet has been down for more than 3 days(while working from home) and here are the details of interaction with their team.
Swapnil- Instead of reaching out to his team, this guy just provides contact numbers of his team and tells you to call them, he provided 2 numbers both guys picked call once and then stopped picking my calls.
Rahul - He only has one reason for everything, the fiber is cut. Not sure why they couldn't fix it in 3 days.
Ganesh- I called him at 10pm when internet wasn't working since evening and I had a meeting, and his response was "Did you seen the time before calling me?"
Next day I called the customer care number, after conversation with their representative who kept telling me 3 days is normal to fix issues, she transferred the call to her supervisor who simply mentioned "As per our system everything is working fine" then he mentioned our engineer is working on it. No ETA, nothing.
I still have 2 months of service pending but I am sure I'll be changing the service by the weekend.
