I have been the customer from past 2 year's and their service is just outstanding overall I love the service so much that I don't even think of changing it in the future.
I have been having the plan of 4mbps and the download speed is amazing it is providing the speed which is accepted at this plan. around 440kbps is the download speed and talking about the service it have never made me angry. whenever there is some fault in their own system. they would send a acknowledgement that something has cause a problem at would be describing the issue, the time up to which the issue would be solved and so on.
yes I also have tried the 100mbps plan for three month
the download speed was amazing, but unfortunately I exhausted my gb well in advance
this were the pros from my side now the con's
the customer executive of my are is such a rude person he would never pick the call and even if by chance he picks it up and we say that we want to talk to you broadband rep he would immediately cuts off the phone so the only option to solve any issue is to call customer care at the India level or lodge a complaint from the you broadband app
recently there was a offer for FREE WI-FI ROUTER offer they said if I upgrade a plan for 15000 & 12 months time span they would provide me free router . I even contacted the call center 3 times or so but have not received the router yet .hope to receive it soon.
