I feel this review is:
I am using YOu Broadband since Jan 20. The network is down at least 2 days in a month. They now charge for 100 mbps speed which is a minimum. I checked by connecting through cable. I never got more than 50 mb speed. Worst customer service. Its a useless and hopeless broadband service in pune. Think 100 times if you need a broadband as minimum contract is of 3 months. I wrote to zonal office who also doesnt respond. THere are no stringent regulations in india due to which all these service providers are looting customers.
