Processing charges and accounting opening balance are quite high that I never like with this bank.
This bank never give any free schemes to regular customers they charged 999 for demate account that are getting open free of cost from another corporates.
Phone banking is quite slow but the net banking works very fast and always bank intimates instantly on mobile for my of transaction.
Customer care support is slight good I called up only 1 time to get the bank statement on my mail they did instantly good for me.
But, ATM's are not available everywhere, rearly to find its own ATM.
