Yes bank. Review on Yes Bank

I am a customer on the Yes Bank since 2 years I want to share my genuine opinion about the bank with all of you I am respectful customer of Yes Bank. I am making the transactions from 2 years but I am not satisfied with this bank as once I go to the bank and I tell tgem to active my phone banking but they wouldn't done it I have made to many rounds of that bank then they started my internet banking so as per there services they are not concerned with the customer service. There is a less availability of the ATM of bank in all of the cities and all time there is a shortage of the money has only the notes of the 500 and 2000 only present in the Yes Bank ATM my interface about the bank Institute online but the speed of the Internet banking Yes bank is so slow a transaction are so slow as per their accommodation to the people they don't have in respect to the customer service now I have decided to cancel my bank account from the Yes bank and their terms and conditions are also so strict the term is that we should have minimum 20000 balance in every account
