I ordered nine products through yepme.com on 29.06.2014. Order no is 7752473. The amount has already been paid against the order.Today is 17.07.14.Not a single product has been dispatched till date!
Just c the timeline. You won't think about buying anything from yepme.
29.06.14 - 9 products were ordered
02.07.14 - status of order was "ready for dispatch"
06.07.14 - contacted customer care. got reply from customer care that there was some issue. would be dispatched within 48 hrs.
08.07.14 - registered complaint through the portal again. got reply from customer care that their team would get in touch with courier partner to expedite the delivery of order.
12.07.14 - contacted customer care again to know the status of order.their came a surprising reply. the products which were ready for dispatch on 02.07.14, some of them were not available with them! they said they would dispatch the order in multiple shipments by splitting the order. New order nos were created. 8012672 & 8012677.
15.07.14 - again contacted customer care as none of the products were dispatched. the cc representative arranged a call with their senior Mr.Arun. He assured that all products would be dispatched within 48 hrs.
17.07.14 - and finally today. they did one more trick. split the two orders into four. Four new order nos created for total nine products. no dispatch!During last 19days. they have split order from 1 to 2 and thn 2 to 4. given false promises of delivery. they do not even update complaint details correctly!
These guys are very good at nos. They keep changing%discount and product price and try to fool people.
Not going to cancel the order. Proceeding with legal actions against yepme.com.
