I have ordered the shoes from Yepme which were looking of decent quality. I had relied on their 30 days guarantee of return and replacement. I had experienced from other ecommerce shopping sites like jabong, flipkart, snapdeal, amazon, etc so I gained little much of my faith on online shopping.
After placing an order, I got the call from Yepme for confirming my order. but after 7 days, when I received the shoes, I found them of bad poor quality. On the yepme app, they were looking good and based on my experience with other sites, I ordered them, now am very much disappointed with the quality of the shoes.
I have been dialing on the phone numbers mentioned on their FAQ option, but not body is picking up the phone, forget about the replacement. I don't think about, how they are running business, even if they don't come over phone. I have dropped them an email for refund my money, did not get any response.
