Initially this site was good and I orderd frm here but now this site has become very bad. Recently I ordered a pair of slippers. I recieved the order within the specified time. Then I opened the box and swa that the size was not what I orderd. Then I called the customer care( not tol free) and complained. They said that the issue will be solved. Then when they took and delivered the new one, it was of the same size. Fed up I canceled my order.
Surfing and ordering werent difficult but after sales services was a real pain
