I ordered a pair of sandals from their site. The product I received was not the same as ordered through their website. I dropped a mail to informing them about the wrong delivery, but they seem to have overlooked it. So, I called up their customer care. But, no one picked it up at first. I flooded them with calls and after a couple of unsuccessful attempts, I managed to talk to someone. He assured me that my goods will be replaced once they receive it from my end.


I did likewise and spent rs 150 as courier charges, hoping they would reimburse me for a mistake happened from their end. But, I am waiting till date for the exchange and moreover bewildered to the fact that they stopped responding to my mails and the customer care doesn't bother to take any concrete actions. "HAMNE AAPKI REQUEST LE LI HAI, AAPKO HAMARE YAHAH SE CALL AAJAYEGA KAL TAK" is all I get to hear after somehow managing to get through their number. When I asked for refund, they took my bank details and never reverted since then.


Its been 5 1/2 weeks now and am still to receive my due from them.


So BUYERS BEWARE. YEPME IS A FRAUDULENT WEBSITE. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER.
