Yebhi is the Worst Online Shopping Portal. Review on Yebhi

Yebhi.com is becoming one of the worst online shopping portals. Like most of the new business, earlier the service was good, the delivery timelines were adhered to and the return pickup were also quick. But like most of the business wherein only the initial few months/years are good, Yebhi has proved once again that giving good service continuously is not possible for the new businesses/start-ups.

The products claimed to be sold on big discounts are of all the unknown brands which are of poor quality, the products at times are vastly different in colour and quality than the one displayed in the website. The return pickup request are cancelled after many days, of course no reason is informed. You should have the patience to keep on following up with them to get it finally picked up. The amount is transferred to the Wallet and not returned to your card account. So you don't have an option but to buy something else from their website and relive the ordeal that you had gone through.

I have ordered few items through Order no. YBH5218319 on 17th feb, the products were delivered in trances. One of the product with Item with code# MF308 was delivered after 5th March. The product had issue with the quality and the size and hence I updated for the return pickup. Even after follow-up for the return pickup no one came, I had sent mails to them on 19th March stating by when will the pickup be arranged. To my shock on 21st I received a mail stating Reverse Pickup cancelled due to Shipment not ready. The Packet containing the product with all the tags have been kept ready by me the day I received the product. No one called me, neither did I received any emails stating the pickup has been arranged. Earlier an SMS used to come stating the details of the person coming for pickup, well other websites also do that and till date are doing it without any issue. But Now you cannot expect that from Yebhi. You will not receive any mail when you update the product for the return pickup, the acknowledgement of the return pickup will work against them and hence it seems they have done away with that process as well.

Today is 24th March and till now I don't have any information as to why they had cancelled my earlier request for the return pickup. I had to initiate the return pickup request again, I don't know if they are doing this knowingly so that 30 days get elapsed and they are reject taking the return claiming the Return Policy of 30 Days. Just imagine the product was ordered on 17 Feb and till date (24th March) I'm stuck in this pathetic loop of poor services right from delivery, poor quality, no response on the mails sent to Support@yebhi.com, return pickup being cancelled, re-initiating the pickup with no response from the team. I'm not sure when will I be getting my money back for the product. That too(should I call myself lucky or unlucky) would be credited to the wallet. :(

I would really suggest people not to use Yebhi.com ever. They are really not worth your time. The main reason for using the Online Shopping Portal is that you can sit back and buy your product from home and save time, well but if you use Yebhi.com you would waste more time on the innumerable follow ups and finally venting on your frustration on the social media like this. Its really not worth to go through this pain.
