Very Sorry to state that I associate with Yatra. com for upcoming trip to Paris - Swizerland(Ref No YH2786656). Ms Krupita is our relationship manager from Malad office. Very sorry to say that they offer pathetic service, no concern about the quality of service, untrained staff, no grivance handling mechnisam. Seems they have malafide intention in every steps.
Let me narrate the quality of service they are offering.
a) I have booked the trip in July-16 for Oct - 16 departure, every 10 days on reminding them about the receipt, they were not bothered to issue the same for the advance of Rs 80000/- I paid till yesterday i.e 6th Oct 2016. Seems they have malafide intention to avoid any dispute if they to cancel the trip due to not reaching the target booking numbers.
b) On repeted reminder they are not bothered to start procedure for VISA till 10 days before the trip.
c) On the neck of time, VISA for one of me member got rejected. On rejection of VISA not on our fault they are asking me to pay them Rs 1 lakhs for full value of trip. Since we have not cancelled the trip for this member, their is no justification for such unjustified enrichment from the customer money. As a tour operator they must have tied up with air-line to block of fare till visa is issued to everone, they should capable to handle such unpleasent cancellation.
d) On refusing to pay such 100% penalty for the trip of a particular member, they refuse to accomodate any alternative for the same. On asking to escalate the matter to their Head - Custorme Service, I got surprice that don't know the name / contact person details. They provide me the Board number which too is wrong. On took up this matter personally to their office, the Manager Dhiraj Fulwani has arrange a false call with some of his friend at Pune - her name was Ms Hemlata Nayak. She is not in a position to handle this matter.
e) On repeted reminder they fail to give me the net outstanding payment for other members who got the visa till 4 days before the trip. I need to personally visit their office to know my outstanding. On visiting too, they have claimied the balance form me which is not correct. After few attempt they able to calculate the right balalce outstanding.
I fail to understand we as a customer if approaching to such reputed Tour Operator, we expect the quality in handling the issue, not to argue and follow-up with untrained officials. They should have proper grivance handling procedure to esclate the matter.
After 4 days the tour will start and till today I am not been confirmed that what I need to pay. Whether unjustified claim for memeber not travelling(due to visa issue) will be sorted out.?
Hopefully I am not going for the trip and will now esclate the case to Cusumer Court for deficiency in service.
Pathetic service, no quality, no happiness in offer!
