I booked two AC sleeper seats in a bus operated by Maheshwaram Travels from Yatra.com(booking reference 110662410798200) on 11th June, 2016 for my travel from Rishikesh to Delhi on 18th June, 2016. First of all person from travel company didn't inform that his bus is break down and instead when we reached to bus we got to know that we will get semi sleeper seats only. When we asked about the difference amount, we were told that they will refund it to my account and I sent an email to them with details. But they are totally fraud and now it looks like Yatra is also partner of these fraud travel companies. When I sent an email to Yatra Customer Service, I only get notification email saying your issue is being looked upon and you will hear back in 24-48 hours and after 1 week they again send same email. I will never go with Yatra.com Services and going to file a complaint in Consumer forums as well because it is Yatra's responsibility to ensure that only genuine travel companies use their portal.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO USE YATRA!
