I had booked online Hotel Diamond Plaza, Surat from 13 November onwards and to this regards was issued a Hotel Voucher with a reconfirmation from various agents named K Prabhu, Rohit J, Arpita, etc. I had planned by itenary based on their confirmation.
On the eve of traveling to Surat , Ipshita informed me that they are unable to confirm my booking with the hotel and providing me with no alternate option at such a short notice. After spending thousands of minutes in discussion with Yatra they at their own convenience cancelled my booking. I had to bear huge possess due to this fraud. This was not it , they only refunded a partial sum of money , even after committing on an email that they would be refunding in full.
Twice they have duped me and hence request everyone to stay away from websites such as Yatra and Travel Guru because the only impression I have is that they are committing a big time fraud and hope that the cyber crime cell will soon find out their model of cheating customers.
