I visited hotel and when I check out hotel manger told that your payment not clear .
I talk to customer care then your customer care told me that I pay to hotel manager and I refund your amount.
So please refund my amount 472 rupee which I paid to hotel manage .
Because I already paid to you.
Please improve you system because your system not safe customer 100% in hotel. I paid amount to you and also paid amount to hotel.
If I have no money then how I got check out from hotel.
You wast my 1 hour.
when I paid to hotel 472 rupee but Yatra.com refund only INR 294.
There customer card told me he refund all amount pay to hotel i.e. 472
