Date- 21st august, 12-----hi there, , I have received the same problem....I bought my SZR on 14 feb, 12....and initially it gave me avg of 53 kmpl....slowly it got down to 40-45 kmpl...bt I thought maybe that's coz of my rough riding style and I was ok wid dat too...Bt since last 1-2 months u just won't believe, , , it has given me an avg of 15kmpl to 20 kmpl.....That's completely disgusting... I love this bike's performance but I hate this kind of flaw. Another thng was dat, due to rainy season. I didn't use my bike much and my battery was done. I services, they charged it n said battery was ok, just a fuse went burst, and the guy at service center bought a rs20 fuse from local shop and said this would do. After 1-2 weeks, its again the same. The battery has gone again, and even after complaining about the avg, they gave my bike back to me without checking it and said that its giving 50-55. I m actually hating this bike and the service. I will surely complain this formally.
Date 14th Feb, 2012-----Hey guys...dis is my first ever review on dis site...it has provided me with great info n finally its payback tym...I got my SAINT VALENTINE (that's what I named him) frm my g.f. today as a very special gift. Now d funny thng is I test rid dis n passion pro and HH glamour. So I m gonna talk about my little exp, , as I know even dis may help u figure out what u r looking fr.
As it's 100 cc bike, got good pick up...trusted yamaha fz engine with just bhp lowered from 14 to 12 to give better mileage. looks r great (even better than fz...no kidding but it's just what I think). comfort is great n as I m a nearly 6 ft guy with 78 kgs n I will definitely nt ride it ALONE, , so I wntd sumthng dat jst doesn't shatters when its loaded. its mileage as company claims is 70, bt salesman told me it wud be 50 around, n dat 2 aftr 2nd servicing, , , bt he told me after I bought dis bike.
Anyways dis was a grt deal, , bt I m nt riding it nicely as I keep giving raise at signals as I cant stop myself bt never took it above 50-55 as I have read that a 1000 tyms here. Passion pro---gives 55-65 as per salesman, , , riding was OK. I wont lie to u bt it was a very gud bike, bt yes if u r even little bit inclined towards power dan it will shatter ur dreams. All this analysis was frm other reviews n my test ride so plz go check out fr yourself too.
I m having a grt tym, , , d ONLY THING I M SCARED ABT IS----Will dis bike be the same best fren to me as it is today , aftr 5 yrs....n will it ever give 55 mileage...plz guys help me out a little, , , n 1 mre thng my bike didnt had kick start, dat salesman did dis thng too...starting me bola thek thek hai, sb mil jaega..n den dere was no kick start aftr I paid...dat was real bullshit n I was pissd off cmpltly...bt he said cmpny will send stock in 5 days so come agin....
Finally guys..if ny comments or suggestions.plz let me know, , i wntmy dude to be a long timer...aftr all its my SAINT VALENTINE
