As a user of the Yamaha Fazer, I would personally call it a good bike indeed still accepting the fact that like every other bike, the Fazer has its own advantages and disadvantages. To elaborate, I would first explain the advantages of the bike among other vehicles of the same class. The fazer is quite a powerful bike in the 150cc segment. Though the displacement is only 149cc, the horse power of this vehicle is much higher compared to other vehicles of the same segment, and to explain in siple words, this bike has great acceleration. And it looks pretty much cooler than its competitors which are mainly the pulsar 150, apache rtr 160, and the cb unicorn.

The bike comes equipped with a mono shock suspension which is only present in the unicorn among its other competitors. So this feature plays a good role in making the bike comfortable to ride in roads with a bad condition, while the good acceleration makes the bike easy to ride in places of heavy traffic. These two are the main advantages that I feel are most important. To talk about the other pros, the bike is of very good quality unlike the pulsar. This makes the fazer need only minimum maintenance. I would suggest that the bike is quite good performing even in rocky and hilly roads. Now, to talk about its cons, the bike has bad electrical wiring inside, which makes the headlamps and the engine quit button to not work properly. I personally feel that the posture of the rider in this bike should have been made better since long rides cause backaches.

The bike has a low mileage when compared to its competitors. It on average rides about 35 kilometers per liter of fuel. But ultimately I would recommend this bike for avid riders who want to feel the pace of riding with power. The pricing is fair since the bike is totally worth what it costs. The bike is quite reliable.
