I would like to start by saying BSNL is a better ISP. I hope that gives you an idea of how insanely bad their service is.
They didn't provide me with service for 2 weeks(during my exams) and never recompensated for it. A series of service failures led me to call for cancelation of the service. They still haven't cancele_45d my service and they still haven't refunded my money. Youbroadband I now speak directly to you. If you can't provide a service don't enter that field. There isn't a single good review about your broadband service. Shut shop and for lack of a better word, GO F@#K YOURSELF!
