I purchased the Xiomi Redmi Note 3 when it was launched and was very much in demand and to purchase it you need to wait for your turn.
I would say it is value for money. The design, the looks and the quality it provides is unbeatable at such a price.
The sound quality is good and you can set it for calls, music and alarm differently as per your choice.
It is very user friendly and even my mom who hardly uses any android is able to use it comfortably.
Both the front and back camera has a good pixel and the picture taken is very clear and good enough for your project work.
The storage capacity is good enough and you don't have to worry about the new apps to download and save videos and songs.
So if you are planning to buy any other mobile I will suggest just give it a recall before making your purchase decision.
