BEWARE! XOLO buyers! Please stop, think twice before buying this brand.
I bought Q700 in Aug 2013. My screen cracked (not XOLO's problem though) after one month. My ordeal started from there. I placed a service request, but the request was never registered. This was realized after 2 days when I inquired about the service request.
Realizing their promptness and seriousness, I decided to give my phone to the Ahmadabad Service center (F1 Service). I submitted to F1 Services on 15Oct. I have been provided 5 dates till now, 30 Oct, 4 Nov, 15 Nov, 20 Nov and now 30 Nov and every time I inquire, I am happily handed over a new date.
On approaching XOLO service center through their call center and mail, they provide nothing more than stereotyped answers, and are almost short of admitting that they do not have any control on the service centers and they are not answerable for that. On the contrary, the service center person says company is not sending spares even after repeated followup.
The situation now is that my 9.5 K mobile is dying an unnatural death, and the company might be happily playing with other customers belief and trust to sell off their another unserviceable phone. It's your money so think before you buy. My next mobile would be anything but not any new or unconventional company, even if they cost me dear.
