I have purchased a Xolo Q700 mobile handset on 21-05-2013. Due to its defective speaker and sound output, I lodged a complaint to Xolo Care for necessary repair of the same on 04-06-12 (Case ID: 310000065748). They have no service centre at Kolkata and so they picked up the handset by FedEx courier on 08-06-13 after lot of requests. But till date the said handset is not delivered to me after repair. They refused to respond to my calls and e-mail reminders.
They have worst customer care service and totally apathetic to customer rights; same is echoed by many in reviews at Mouthshut.com about Xolo products. They are crooks who like to sell their products with all assurances of excellent customer service and then blissfully forget to give basic minimum service. This can only happen in India with very poor customer rights and redress. Please stay clear from any Xolo products.
Beware of Lava Xolo company and their products.
