My sister used to work for this company! I am so glad I am writing used to work and she is not currently working reason being this is the most pathetic organisation I have ever heard of!
My sister joined this company when the company setup its branch here! There were only 18 employees! Now it has expanded alot! She was a team member there! They offered huge packages for freshers and everyone was dying to join this company! But who knew.that was a trap! In the initial; stage everything was fine! but as the company expanded and hired more employees.they started treating them like slaves! it was not less than a prison!
They have to complete their targets and for that they have to work late.on saturdays as well as on sundays sometimes! the targets were impossible to complete in working days! So lets call it their strategy! Later, they started terminating people on immediate basis who took leaves! If you are sick.come to the office and complete your work.your health was not a concern to them.They terminated employees without any notice! Life was hell for my sister! to add on, there was partiality too! No job security. no good environment.nothing! the only reason was salary! If you stood up and went to talk to your colleague.you will be questioned! That was nothing less than a prison! The only thing left was asking to go to the toilet!
Finally she resigned! Ofcourse she has a good job and a happy life today! Never join this company.they offer you more and hire you to become their slave!
