I wrote the below letter to care@woodlandworldwide.comI have purchased shoes worth Rs 1500 but unfortunately now the shoes is in a bad condition. So I contacted to local woodland stores in Baroda but I didnot got good response for repairing. In one local woodland store I was told that this life of shoes complete so you should preferably go for new one. In other local woodland store when I asked whether this could be repaired. The response was very l.ethargic. They told me that we have to consult our cobbler and I cannot say anything.
With great grief at last I am writing here as last resort of some change being required in your after sales service. -
and I am shocked by there adamant AttiMr_customtakeouter. For which they replied me as follows:

Now if they charging like anything for a pair of shoes it doesn't come under responsibility to serve proper? I think they need change its attiMr_customtakeouter.
I hereby request yourself before buying woodland shoes ensure that on the back of the bill wat are the terms and conditions. And would they repair it in case of any fault in future.
