We booked a dining table/chair at woodenstreet on Dec 26th. They had told we can choose any cushion cover out of options available. No extra charges. We opted for the default color tht was on display in the store
They said chairs can be delivered within a week if going wth default cushion colour.Table will take 8 weeks to get done and delivered. .
Within 2 days of ordering, we called up and asked for a change in chair cushion cover to oeThey said it wil cost 1600 extra since they already got the chairs from somewhere. So now need to change cushion covers. We are OK to pay charges but want chairs to be made wth chosen color ans not fixed in existing one.
Now we are going back and forth on this over emails. We hav paid the whole amount - 47 k and are now stuck wth them.If experience before u even get the item.is this bad, wat is the hope on post sales? Regret buying from Woodenstreet already.
