Hello,
I had purchased a shoe rack from Wooden Street couple of months back. After a few weeks, the doors expanded in size and failed to close properly. Wooden street carpenters came 3 times to fix the problem but were not successful. Now we are stuck with a shoe rack that does not close properly due to bad alignment of the door and expansion of the wood. The workmanship seems to be poor and same with wood quality.
Senior management at wooden street does not seem to interested in solving the problem. Photos attached.
