White rain has been around as long as I can remember. They have seemed to have changed many of their product formulas and packaging- all for the better.
I wanted a cheap once a week or so clarifying shampoo when I saw White rain extra body shampoo in the bright yellow flip lid bottle on the shelf at Walmart.
It was a 33% free size, which mean 19 oz. for 66 cents!! - A quick look at the ingredients- No sodium lauryl sulfate- very good. Actually there isn't much of anything in here which means all it will do is clean. Thats all I want from a clarifyier.
The shampoo smells, fresh, lathers very well and rinses clean. I use it once or twice a week and it removes all my styling buildup and buildup from my heavy conditioners. My hair is left clean and light.
I do use this shampoo in conjunction with a deep conditioner since I have normal to oily roots and dry fragile ends and I have beautiful results. This cheap little shampoo may even be a good everyday shampoo for those of you that have oily hair.
