I am a regular Customer of Transcon Digital in BD. I purchased many items from the Uttara Sonargaon Janapath branch near Uttara Medical College.
I would like to bring your attention to the below complaint regarding my Whirlpool 1. TonAir condition.
Model# Whirlpool AC 1 ton Supreme coolpro, 3s Supreme coolpro. Product code# 70083
I Purchased it 4-June-2021
10-March-2023 I observed that my AC is stopped cooling
11-March-2023 I made a complaint at the Transcom outlet in Uttara, Sonargaon Janapath, near Uttara Medical College.
They received my complaint and sent a Technician on 12- March at 2.30pm for AC servicing.
Technician reviewed and was able to detect the problem.
As per them the indoor cooling system pipeline leaked in 2 places. which need to be repaired in their servicing centre at Mohakhali.
They took it to the servicing centre and told me that it will take 3-4 days to repair. and 5000 taka will be charged for that.
Then immediately I made contact with your customer care and sought their help to waive the charges. because normally indoor cooling systems never leakage within this short period. They told me that they will check with concern and provide feedback. But till today there is no feedback received from them.
Today 15-march-2023, I received a call from Technical Head Mr. Liton that My AC has been repaired and they are going to re-install it. I need to Pay them 4500 Taka in cash or provide a Nagad Number+8801824555934
I have already paid 4000 Taka in this account and 500 taka cash in advance. Total 4500 taka.
My main concern is within this 21 months how the AC indoor cooling system licked?
Is it reconditioning AC? Transomsold me as a new AC?
Why do I had to pay 4500 takafor repairing the AC?
I need this AC replacement, or permanent solution.
