It's been a week that we bought Whirlpool 1.5 ton Split AC and I got to say, they are having the worst service. They are giving some lame excuses by saying that they're having staff shortage and they don't have any technicians. We've send them our address and contact number, still they failed to locate. They haven't shown up till now. Such a worst service.
