I saw the product (purafresh Deluxe) in Bangalore central 2 and I was very much impressed by the product design and quality. Before buying the product, I thought of having demo of the product and I contacted the Whirlpool consumer support and requested for a demo. The person who received the call gave another number to contact.
I called up the other person and requested for a demo. He noted my address and said he will arrange for the demo on 31 Jan 2010 at 3PM. I was waiting for their call and no information from their side. Till now now response from their side. Many dealers said that the company's service and support is very bad. The company is not interested to promote its product. I purchased RO filter of another company.
Because for an RO filter customer support and service is very much required.
