In my house I have whirlpool 650s washing machine. At first 5months the washing machine is working very good. But after then it starts giving current in the water of machine or whoever touches the machine he/she feels the current. We called the engineers of whirlpool by giving complaint to them and they saw that the current is actually coming then they have no words to say. But then they resolve the problem but their working process is very slow. Then also we face the problem of dryer in washing machine that the drier doesnt work then again we complaint to whirlpool then they said that the compressor has to be changed which whill costs you around 3500.Then we gave them money because we have no option.
The body of this washing machine is also not good as from side of the machine the rusting has started.
It is not at all user friendly.
The design of this machine is quite good.
Acoording to me the Service of whirlpool is very bad as I have also experienced with the bad service of my airconditoner.
Please dont go to whirlpool as the service is tooooo bad.
